أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، ثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْجُبْنِ وَالسَّمْنِ، فَقَالَ: سَمِّ وَكُلْ. فَقِيلَ: إِنَّ فِيهِ مَيْتَةً. فَقَالَ: إِنْ عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ فِيهِ مَيْتَةً، فَلَا تَأْكُلْهُ
