أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ: أَنَّ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَهُ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَافِعًا يَقُولُ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا دَعَا طَبِيبًا يُعَالِجُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِهِ، اشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ لَا يُدَاوِيَ بِشَيْءٍ مِمَّا حَرَّمَ اللهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
