( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَخْتَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ:
أَنَّ رَهْطًا مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ أَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالُوا: إِنَّا قَدِ اجْتَوَيْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ، وَعَظُمَتْ بُطُونُنَا، وَارْتَهَسَتْ أَعْضَادُنَا. فَأَمَرَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَلْحَقُوا بِرَاعِي الْإِبِلِ، فَيَشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا. فَلَحِقُوا بِرَاعِي الْإِبِلِ، فَشَرِبُوا مِنْ أَبْوَالِهَا وَأَلْبَانِهَا، حَتَّى صَلُحَتْ بُطُونُهُمْ وَأَبْدَانُهُمْ، ثُمَّ قَتَلُوا الرَّاعِيَ، وَسَاقُوا الْإِبِلَ. فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ، فَبَعَثَ فِي طَلَبِهِمْ، فَجِيءَ بِهِمْ، فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ وَسَمَرَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ
