أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحَجْرِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبِي، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ سَلِيطٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَمَّا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ مِنْ مَالِ أَخِيهِ ؟ قَالَ: يَأْكُلُ حَتَّى يَشْبَعَ إِذَا كَانَ جَائِعًا، وَيَشْرَبُ حَتَّى يَرْوَى
