أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ:
مَنِ اضْطُرَّ إِلَى الْمَيْتَةِ وَالدَّمِ وَلَحْمِ الْخِنْزِيرِ فَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ وَلَمْ يَشْرَبْ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ دَخَلَ النَّارَ
