أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ السَّمَّاكِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ الْأَزْرَقُ، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ؓ قَالَ:
مَاتَ بَغْلٌ أَوْ قَالَ: نَاقَةٌ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ، فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لِيَسْتَفْتِيَهُ، فَزَعَمَ جَابِرٌ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِهَا: أَمَا لَكَ مَا يُغْنِيكَ عَنْهَا ؟ ". قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: " اذْهَبْ كُلْهَا
