أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْعَطَّارُ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الضَّبِّ فَقَالَ: لَسْتُ آكِلَهُ وَلَا مُحَرِّمَهُ
