أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَشَّاطُ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الذُّهْلِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ يَعْرِضُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْإِسْلَامَ، فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ قُبِلَ مِنْهُ، وَمَنْ أَبَى ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْجِزْيَةُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تُؤْكَلَ لَهُمْ ذَبِيحَةٌ، وَلَا تُنْكَحَ لَهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ
