( يُرِيدُ مَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُبَيْدَ بْنَ فَيْرُوزَ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ - ؓ: مَا كَرِهَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَوْ نَهَى عَنْهُ مِنَ الْأَضَاحِيِّ ؟ فَقَالَ: قَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ هَكَذَا، وَيَدِي أَقْصَرُ مِنْ يَدِهِ: " أَرْبَعٌ لَا يَجْزِينَ: الْعَوْرَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَوَرُهَا، وَالْمَرِيضَةُ الْبَيِّنُ مَرَضُهَا، وَالْعَرْجَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ ظَلْعُهَا، وَالْكَسِيرَةُ الَّتِي لَا تُنْقِي ". قُلْتُ: إِنِّي أَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِي السِّنِّ نَقْصٌ، أَوْ فِي الْأُذُنِ نَقْصٌ. فَقَالَ: فَمَا كَرِهْتَ مِنْهُ فَدَعْهُ، وَلَا تُحَرِّمْهُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ
