( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ( ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ. ( ح ) قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ، قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ عَلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
السَّمَكَةُ الطَّافِيَةُ حَلَالٌ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَكْلَهَا
