( وَفِيمَا رَوَى ) أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي الْمَرَاسِيلِ عَنْ مُسَدَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الصَّلْتِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
" ذَبِيحَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَلَالٌ ذَكَرَ اسْمَ اللهِ أَوْ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ، إِنَّهُ إِنْ ذَكَرَ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ إِلَّا اسْمَ اللهِ
