قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ ):
وَأَسَرَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، وَأَخَذُوا نَاقَةً لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَانْفَلَتَتِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةُ عَلَى نَاقَةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَنَذَرَتْ إِنْ نَجَّاهَا اللهُ عَلَيْهَا أَنْ تَنْحَرَهَا، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَلَا فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ
