أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْمَنِيعِيُّ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
" مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّهُ لَيُوجَدُ رِيحُهَا مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا
