( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ، ثَنَا أَبِي، ثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حَنَشٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا مِصْرٍ أَعَدَّهُ الْعَرَبُ فَلَيْسَ لِلْعَجَمِ أَنْ يَبْنُوا فِيهِ بِيعَةً - أَوْ قَالَ كَنِيسَةً - وَلَا يَضْرِبُوا فِيهِ نَاقُوسًا، وَلَا يُدْخِلُوا فِيهِ خَمْرًا، وَلَا خِنْزِيرًا، وَأَيُّمَا مِصْرٍ اتَّخَذَهُ الْعَجَمُ فَعَلَى الْعَرَبِ أَنْ يَفُوا لَهُمْ بِعَهْدِهِمْ فِيهِ، وَلَا يُكَلِّفُوهُمْ مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَهُمْ بِهِ
