وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُوَيْرِثِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ضَرَبَ عَلَى نَصْرَانِيٍّ بِمَكَّةَ يُقَالُ لَهُ مَوْهَبٌ دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ، وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ضَرَبَ عَلَى نَصَارَى أَيْلَةَ ثَلَاثَمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ، وَأَنْ يُضِيفُوا مَنْ مَرَّ بِهِمْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ثَلَاثًا، وَأَنْ لَا يَغُشُّوا مُسْلِمًا
