أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ: إِنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْكُمْ دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ، أَوْ قِيمَتَهُ مِنَ الْمَعَافِرِ
