( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى كِسْرَى، وَقَيْصَرَ، فَأَمَّا قَيْصَرُ فَوَضَعَهُ، وَأَمَّا كِسْرَى فَمَزَّقَهُ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: أَمَّا هَؤُلَاءِ فَيُمَزَّقُونَ، وَأَمَّا هَؤُلَاءِ فَسَتَكُونُ لَهُمْ بَقِيَّةٌ
