( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ، وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ - ؓ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ أَرْوَاحِ الشُّهَدَاءِ. فَقَالَ: قَدْ سَأَلْنَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ: أَرْوَاحُهُمْ كَطَيْرٍ خُضْرٍ لَهَا قَنَادِيلُ مُعَلَّقَةٌ فِي الْعَرْشِ، تَسْرَحُ حَيْثُ شَاءَتْ ثُمَّ تَأْوِي إِلَى قَنَادِيلِهَا، فَبَيْنَمَا هُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ إِذِ اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ اطِّلَاعَةً فَيَقُولُ: مَا تَشْتَهُونَ ؟ فَيَقُولُونَ: وَمَا نَشْتَهِي وَنَحْنُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ نَسْرَحُ حَيْثُ شِئْنَا ؟ فَإِذَا رَأَوْا أَنْ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ أَنْ يَسْأَلُوا قَالُوا: تُرَدُّ أَرْوَاحُنَا فِي أَجْسَادِنَا فَنُقَاتِلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَنُقْتَلُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى. فَإِذَا رَأَى أَنْ لَا يَسْأَلُوهُ شَيْئًا تَرَكَهُمْ
