أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:

اشْتَرَى عَبْدُ اللهِ أَرْضَ الْخَرَاجِ مِنْ دِهْقَانٍ وَعَلَى أَنْ يَكْفِيَهُ خَرَاجَهَا
