أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا قُرَادٌ أَبُو نُوحٍ، ثَنَا الْمُرَجَّا بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ افْتَتَحَهَا اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ فَهِيَ لِلهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ، وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ افْتَتَحَهَا الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَنْوَةً فَخُمُسُهَا لِلهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ، وَبَقِيَّتُهَا لِمَنْ قَاتَلَ عَلَيْهَا
