أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَفَرًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالُوا:
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حِينَ ظَهَرَ عَلَى خَيْبَرَ، فَقَسَمَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى سِتَّةٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ سَهْمًا، جَمَعَ كُلُّ سَهْمٍ مِائَةَ سَهْمٍ، فَكَانَ النِّصْفُ سِهَامًا لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَسَهْمَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَزَلَ النِّصْفَ لِمَا يَنُوبُهُ مِنَ الْأُمُورِ وَالنَّوَائِبِ.

بشير بن يسار تابعي ثقة يروي عن أنس وغيره يروي هذا الخبر عنه يحيى بن سعيد وقد اختلف عليه فيه فبعض أصحاب يحيى يقول فيه عن بشير عن سهل بن أبي حثمة وبعضهم يقول عن رجال من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ومنهم من يرسله والله أعلم
machine translationBashīr b. Yasār is a trustworthy (thiqah) Successor (tābiʿī) who narrates from Anas and others. Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd narrates this report from him, and there is disagreement about it from him: some of Yaḥyā's students say in it, "from Bashīr, from Sahl b. Abī Ḥathmah," others say, "from men among the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ," and some of them transmit it as a mursal report. And Allah knows best.
