حَدَّثَنَا ) يَحْيَى، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ:

أَهْلُ الْحِيرَةِ إِنَّمَا صُولِحُوا عَلَى مَالٍ يَقْتَسِمُوهُ بَيْنَهُمْ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الرِّجَالِ شَيْءٌ
