وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ
أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ اسْتَشَارَ أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْحَمِيلِ، فَقَالُوا فِيهِ، فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: مَا نَرَى أَنْ نُوَرِّثَ مَالَ اللهِ إِلَّا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ
