أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:

لَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ الْأَمَةِ وَوَلَدِهَا فِي الْقِسْمَةِ تَقَعُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ: وَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْتَدِلِ الْقَسْمُ. قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ - ؓ: وَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْتَدِلِ الْقَسْمُ
