أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ: طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الصَّقْرِ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْخَالِقِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي رُومَا، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ لُوَيْنٌ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ:
أَنَّ عَامِلًا لَهُمْ أَبَقَ إِلَى الْعَدُوِّ، ثُمَّ ظَهَرَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَيْهِ فَرَدَّهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ قُسِمَ
