( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْحِيرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، ثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ؓ قَالَ:

كَانَتِ الْعَضْبَاءُ لِرَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي عُقَيْلٍ، وَكَانَتْ مِنْ سَوَابِقِ الْحَاجِّ، فَأُسِرَ الرَّجُلُ وَأُخِذَتِ الْعَضْبَاءُ، قَالَ: فَمَرَّ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَهُوَ فِي وَثَاقٍ - فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى أَنْ قَالَ: ثُمَّ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ فُدِيَ بِالرَّجُلَيْنِ، وَحَبَسَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعَضْبَاءَ لِرَحْلِهِ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَغَارُوا عَلَى سَرْحِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَذَهَبُوا بِهِ، وَكَانَتِ الْعَضْبَاءُ فِي ذَلِكَ السَّرْحِ، وَأَسَرُوا امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
