أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعْدٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ: عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثَنَا جُبَارَةُ، ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَيْمُونُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ:
أَنَّ عَبْدًا مِنْ رَقِيقِ الْخُمُسِ سَرَقَ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ فَرُفِعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْهُ، فَقَالَ: مَالُ اللهِ سَرَقَ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا
