أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الصُّوفِيُّ، قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى أَبِي عَلِيٍّ: مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْأَشْعَثِ الْكُوفِيِّ بِمِصْرَ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ: جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ: عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" لَيْسَ لِلْعَبْدِ مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا خُرْثِيَّ الْمَتَاعِ، وَأَمَانُهُ جَائِزٌ إِذَا هُوَ أَعْطَى الْقَوْمَ الْأَمَانَ
