أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ:
قُتِلَ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ دُرَيْدُ بْنُ الصِّمَّةِ ابْنَ خَمْسِينَ وَمِائَةِ سَنَةٍ فِي شِجَارٍ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْجُلُوسَ، فَذُكِرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ قَتْلَهُ
