حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ - أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ابْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الْبَهَائِمِ صَبْرًا
