وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:
وُجِدَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مَقْتُولَةً فِي بَعْضِ تِلْكَ الْمَغَازِي، فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ
