( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ، قَالَ:
كُنْتُ فِيمَنْ حَكَمَ فِيهِمْ سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ؓ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ مُقَاتِلَتُهُمْ، وَتُسْبَى ذَرَارِيُّهُمْ، قَالَ: فَجَاءُوا بِي وَلَا أُرَانِي إِلَّا سَيَقْتُلُونَنِي، فَكَشَفُوا عَانَتِي فَوَجَدُوهَا لَمْ تُنْبِتْ فَجَعَلُونِي فِي السَّبْيِ
