✧ The Permission to Reside in the Abode of Disbelief for One Who Does Not Fear Tribulation

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثَنَا فُدَيْكُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ بَشِيرِ بْنِ فُدَيْكٍ، قَالَ:

جَاءَ فُدَيْكٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّهُمْ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ مَنْ لَمْ يُهَاجِرْ هَلَكَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: يَا فُدَيْكُ أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ، وَآتِ الزَّكَاةَ، وَاهْجُرِ السُّوءَ، وَاسْكُنْ مِنْ أَرْضِ قَوْمِكَ حَيْثُ شِئْتَ، قَالَ: وَأَظُنُّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " تَكُنْ مُهَاجِرًا
