( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:

وَاسْتَفْتَى، هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ أَنْ يُقَاتِلُوا الْكُفَّارَ فِي الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ ؟ فَقَالَ سَعِيدٌ: نَعَمْ. وَقَالَ ذَلِكَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ
