✧ That whose large amount intoxicates, its small amount is unlawful

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ
