( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هُبَيْرَةَ، وَأَصْحَابِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْجِعَةِ، وَالْجِعَةُ شَرَابٌ يُصْنَعُ مِنَ الشَّعِيرِ حَتَّى يُسْكِرَ
