( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ:
أَنَّ غُلَامًا لِابْنِ عُمَرَ أَبَقَ فَسَرَقَ فِي إِبَاقِهِ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: لَنْ يُنْجِيَكَ إِبَاقُكَ مِنْ حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللهِ. قَالَ: فَقَطَعَهُ
