وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

" لَا تُقْطَعُ يَدُ سَارِقٍ إِلَّا فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا
