أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا:

إِذَا ارْتَفَعَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ إِلَى حُكَّامِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِنْ شَاءَ حَكَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهُمْ، فَإِنْ حَكَمَ حَكَمَ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
