( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَحْرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ، ثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، ثَنَا أَشْعَثُ قَالَ:
بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ هَذَا كَانَ قَبْلَ الْحُدُودِ
