أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ النَّجَّارِ بِالْكُوفَةِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ شُقَيْرِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ هَارُونَ الْعِجْلِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رِزْمَةَ، أَنْبَأَ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى كِلَاهُمَا، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" ادْرَءُوا الْحُدُودَ عَنِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ، فَإِنْ وَجَدْتُمْ لِلْمُسْلِمِ مَخْرَجًا فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُ؛ فَإِنَّ الْإِمَامَ أَنْ يُخْطِئَ فِي الْعَفْوِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يُخْطِئَ فِي الْعُقُوبَةِ
