✧ The One Who Has Intercourse with an Animal

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَمْرٌو بِإِسْنَادِهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ. وَقَالَ: " اقْتُلُوهُ، وَاقْتُلُوهَا. لَا يُقَالُ: هَذِهِ الَّتِي فُعِلَ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا
