( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ الْيَمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ أُتِيَ بِسَبْعَةٍ أُخِذُوا فِي لِوَاطَةٍ: أَرْبَعَةٌ مِنْهُمْ قَدْ أَحْصَنُوا النِّسَاءَ، وَثَلَاثَةٌ لَمْ يُحْصِنُوا، فَأَمَرَ بِالْأَرْبَعَةِ فَأُخْرِجُوا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَرُضِخُوا بِالْحِجَارَةِ، وَأَمَرَ بِالثَّلَاثَةِ فَضُرِبُوا الْحُدُودَ، وَابْنُ عُمَرَ، وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ
