( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ:

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ وَقَعَ عَلَى جَارِيَةٍ بِكْرٍ فَأَحْبَلَهَا، ثُمَّ اعْتَرَفَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَنَّهُ زَنَى، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ أَحْصَنَ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ فَجُلِدَ الْحَدَّ، ثُمَّ نُفِيَ إِلَى فَدَكَ
