( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ

فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ: وَاللاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا قَالَ: كَانَ أَوَّلُ حُدُودِ النِّسَاءِ كُنَّ يُحْبَسْنَ فِي بُيُوتٍ لَهُنَّ حَتَّى نَزَلَتِ الْآيَةُ الَّتِي فِي النُّورِ: الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ. قَالَ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: خُذُوا خُذُوا قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا: الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ
