Regarding His statement: {إِلا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالإِيمَانِ}, he said: God, Glorified is He, has informed that whoever disbelieves after his faith, upon him is wrath from God, and for him is a great punishment. But as for the one who is compelled and speaks with his tongue while his heart opposes it with faith, so that he may thereby be saved from his enemy, there is no blame on him; for God, Glorified is He, only takes the servants to account for what their hearts have settled upon.
