( وَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ، عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

لَا يُقْتَلْنَ النِّسَاءُ إِذَا هُنَّ ارْتَدَدْنَ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ
