أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ بِلَالٍ الْبَزَّازُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
