أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ:
أَنَّ الْغُرَّةَ تُقَوَّمُ خَمْسِينَ دِينَارًا أَوْ سِتَّمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَدِيَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ خَمْسُمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ أَوْ سِتَّةُ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَدِيَةُ جَنِينِهَا عُشْرُ دِيَتِهَا
