( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا تَعْقِلُ الْعَاقِلَةُ عَمْدًا وَلَا عَبْدًا وَلَا صُلْحًا وَلَا اعْتِرَافًا
